Announcement Regarding Event Package Reward Issue
We recently identified a reward distribution issue with the 3-Day Event Package.
Due to this issue, some players may not have been able to fully benefit from the limited 3-day event period.
To ensure fairness, we will be reopening the event as follows:
📌Event Schedule Update
- Current Event Closure: Today at 06:00 AM UTC
- Event Re-Launch: Tomorrow at 06:00 AM UTC (live for 3 days)
⚠️ Important Notes
- Players who already purchased the original 3-Day Event Package will not be able to purchase it again after the relaunch.
- Any duplicate purchases caused by the issue are currently being processed for refund.
- Missing rewards have already been delivered to all affected players. Sorry for your inconvenience.
